I bought this shirt in the green and ordered an xL. I am approx. 223 lbs, 5'6", and 48D in bras. The shirt is tight in the chest area and squeezes the girls in, but it's not that bad. It's a good thick-quality shirt, so it will be great in the fall and winter.
