We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! For any questions, send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org or text/whatsapp 240-899-8335. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (we must receive your email request at email@example.com no later than 7 days after package is delivered to you). We don’t process return requests via WhatsApp, Text messages or Instagram DM. Please email all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
**Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for our staff to process and respond to your email. You will have seven (7) days after you receive our email response (which would include the Return Authorization Number) to make sure the return package is delivered to our warehouse.
Note- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with hang tag. IF HANG TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THE ITEM OR OFFER STORE CREDIT.
Please Note- TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, YOU NEED A DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (DRA#)To get a DivAbby Return Authorization Number, please send an email to email@example.com.

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. **RETURNS MAY BE REJECTED IF DRA# IS NOT INCLUDED.** We require the receipt or proof of purchase to be placed in the return package.
Processing returns take 7-10 business days as all returns need to be sorted and inspected at our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange per availability of the requested exchange item. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, let us know your exchange request when you send the email for DivAbby Return Authorization Number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
