Order Cancellation Policy

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed/confirmed on our website, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱. However, a store credit code can be issued that you can use in the future, to make a purchase on our website (store credit code is active for six months from date it is issued).
☆𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: An "Order Cancellation Request" 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 MUST be emailed to abby@divabby.com within 2 hours of placing your order on our website to be eligible.
