  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after receiving payment via Paypal/Major Credit Cards.

    RETURNS

    ** NO REFUNDS ON PREORDER ITEMS- EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (we must receive return at warehouse no more than 7 days after package is delivered to you).
    **NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS (WHEN ANY DISCOUNT CODE IS USED AT CHECKOUT)

     

    For regular priced available items, our return policy lasts 14 days.

    If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with hang tag. IF HANG TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR ACCOUNT OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM.

    TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, YOU NEED A DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMER (DRA#)

    To get a DivAbby Return Authorization Number, please send an email to abby@divabby.com.
    State your:
    1. Full name on the order;
    2. Order number (DAT#);
    3. Reason for the return (Too big, too small, don't like the fit, etc.)
    We will email you the DivAbby Return Authorization Number to include in your return package.

    PLEASE INCLUDE DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZTION NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

    **We require the receipt or proof of purchase to be placed in the return package. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE RECEIPT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (hang tag, DivAbby package, etc) for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for exchange or refund.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. You will receive refund notification to your email.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at abby@divabby.com.

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promo (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded. 

    EXCHANGES

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange per availability of the requested exchange item. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, let us know when you send the email for DivAbby Return Authorization Number to abby@divabby.com and mail your item to:

    GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

    SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS TO DIVABBY TRENDZ

    To return your item, you should mail your package to: DIVABBY TRENDZ. 12138 Central Ave, Suite 421, Mitchellville, Maryland US 20721. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the package to you will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that no walk-ins are allowed in the Warehouse facility. In order to return/exchange a merchandise, customers are required to use the proper channel i.e, a shipping method. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through various courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
