Shipping and Return Policy

Order Processing/Shipping Timeline-

  • All orders ship out of our fulfillment center in Maryland, USA.

    Most orders process and ship out in 2 to 5 business days after order is placed on our website except for PREORDER Items ("Available Ship Date" is provided on the PREORDER item's page). We will notify you via your email when your order has been processed for shipping and provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking number (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc).

    Package Delivery Timeline- • USPS and UPS take 1 to 4 business days to deliver to most states in USA after we ship the packages.

    PREORDER SHIPPING TIMELINE- If your order includes a preorder item, all your items will ship together when the preorder item is being shipped.
  • If you would like for available items to ship out before the preorder item is available, please place separate orders (for example, if your order includes 4 items and one of the item is preorder, all 4 items will ship together in one package when the preorder item is available to ship)

    ** Waive Signature at Delivery-
  • Please note that by default SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. If you prefer to waive signature at delivery, please add a note to your order or respond directly to the order confirmation email that you receive when you place your order. In your email, state that you "REQUEST TO WAIVE SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. I understand that DivAbby will not be responsible if package is lost or stolen."
    Please note that DivAbby will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages when you waive signature at delivery.

    • It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information (Include Apartment numbers, Suite numbers, etc.). We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

    Package Delivery Timeline within USA- • USPS and UPS take 1 to 4 business days to deliver to most states in USA after we ship the packages. However, these are estimated shipping timelines, your package could be delivered earlier or later. 

    ☆☆ UPS Expedited/Next Day/2nd Day Delivery-
  • Order Processing timeline is 1-2 business days after order is placed on our website (We don't process orders to ship out on same day or less than 24hrs that order is placed). Shipping timeline is usually 1-2 business days after we ship the package. Please email abby@divabby.com or send text/whatsapp message if you have questions regarding expedited delivery timeline.

    • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀- UPS/DHL takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver to most international countries (including Europe and Africa) after we ship the packages. However, these are estimated shipping timelines, your package could be delivered earlier or later.

    • First Class Mail takes 14 to 21 business days to deliver to most international countries after we ship the packages.

  • For all order shipping, we will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays, new collection launch and sale periods.
Signature at Delivery
  • Please Note- SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. Please track your shipped package using the tracking number that will be sent to your email as you will need to sign for your package upon delivery EXCEPT you send an email to waive signature.
  • If you miss the Delivery Agent (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc), please track your package via UPS/DHL website for detailed pick up information or contact your local post office closest to you (for USPS packages). Call USPS/UPS/DHL to reschedule delivery of your package if applicable.

RETURNS

Returns/Exchanges/Store Credits-
** NO REFUNDS ON ALL ITEMS! All returns are refunded via exchange or store credit (including payments made through SEZZLE Pay Over Time and Shop Pay Installment).
We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! For any questions, send emails to abby@divabby.com or text/whatsapp to +1-240-899-8335. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (we must receive your email request at abby@divabby.com no more than 7 days after package is delivered to you).  We don’t process return requests via WhatsApp, Text messages or Instagram DM. Please email all requests to abby@divabby.com.

Please note: We do not cancel your payments with Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle. You will continue to make payments to Shop Pay Installments and SEZZLE until paid off. *EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO YOU.
**For all returns, if 10 days has gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t process a return authorization number. Which means we can't offer you an exchange or store credit.
Note- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with hang tag. IF HANG TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THE ITEM OR OFFER STORE CREDIT. No Exchange or Store Credit on prior signs of wear: such as stains, perfume smell, body odor or human/animal hair on clothing.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, YOU NEED A DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (DRA#).
To get a DivAbby Return Authorization Number, please send an email to abby@divabby.com.
State your:
1. Full name on the order;
2. Order number (DAT#);
3. Reason for the return (Too big, too small, don't like the fit, etc.)
4. Would you like a store credit?
5. Would you like an exchange?
• Bigger or smaller size of same item?
• Another item? If so, which item? Note- for all exchanges you will need to pay a shipping fee for the exchange item.

As soon as we receive your email request, we will send you the DivAbby Return Authorization Number.

*Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for our staff to process and respond to your email.

*You will have seven (7) days* after you receive our email response (which would include the Return Authorization Number) to make sure the return package is delivered to our warehouse.

*We will send an acknowledgement email within 2-5 business days after the return package has been received at our warehouse.

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. **RETURNS MAY BE REJECTED IF DRA# IS NOT INCLUDED.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE INCLUDE INVOICE RECEIPT IN RETURN PACKAGE.

EXCHANGES-
Processing returns may take 10-15 business days after it is delivered as all returns need to be sorted and inspected at our warehouse. Due to COVID, exchange processing timelines may be longer. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange per availability of the requested exchange item. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, let us know your exchange request when you send the email for DivAbby Return Authorization Number to abby@divabby.com.
