All orders will be processed and shipped 2-5 business days after receiving payment via Paypal/Shopify Payments/Major CC.
We ship through USPS
It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information.
We will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays, new collection launch and sale periods.
Each order is shipped out of our fulfillment center in Maryland.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12138 Central Ave. Suite 421, Maryland US 20721.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that no walk-ins are allowed in the facility. In order to return/exchange a merchandise, customers are required to use the proper channel i.e, a shipping method. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through various courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and so forth.
