RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

No Refunds! Exchange or Store Credit ONLY! No Exceptions!

** NO REFUNDS ON ALL ITEMS! All returns are refunded via exchange or store credit (including payments made through SEZZLE/Shop Pay Installments).

We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! For any questions, send emails to abby@divabby.com or text/whatsapp 240-899-8335. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS  (we must receive your email request at abby@divabby.com no later than 7 days after package is delivered to you). We don’t process return requests via WhatsApp, Text messages or Instagram DM. Please email all requests to abby@divabby.com.

**Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for our staff to process and respond to your email. You will have seven (7) days after you receive our email response (which would include the Return Authorization Number) to make sure the return package is delivered to our warehouse.

** For Sezzle and Shop Pay Installment customers-
Please note:  We do not cancel your payments with Sezzle or Shop Pay Installments. You will continue to make payments to SEZZLE/Shop Pay Installments until paid off.
For all returns, if 10 days has gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t process a return authorization number. Which means we can't offer you an exchange or store credit.

Note- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with hang tag. IF HANG TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THE ITEM OR OFFER STORE CREDIT.

Please Note- TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, YOU NEED A DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (DRA#)

To get a DivAbby Return Authorization Number, please send an email to abby@divabby.com.
State your:
1. Full name on the order;
2. Order number (DAT#);
3. Reason for the return (Too big, too small, don't like the fit, etc.)
4. Would you like a store credit?
5. Would you like an exchange?
  • Bigger or smaller size of same item?
  • Another item? If so, which item? Note- for all exchanges you may need to pay a shipping fee for the exchange item.
As soon as we receive your email request, we will send you the DivAbby Return Authorization Number (within 1-2 business days after we receive your email request) to include in your return package.
*Please allow two business days after you send the email (excluding weekends and USA holidays) for our staff to process and respond to your email.
*We will send an acknowledgement email within 2-5 business days after the return package has been received at our warehouse.

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE DIVABBY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. **RETURNS MAY BE REJECTED IF DRA# IS NOT INCLUDED.

** We require the receipt or proof of purchase to be placed in the return package.
** PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE RECEIPT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
** Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (hang tag, DivAbby package, etc) for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for exchange or store credit.

PROCESSING EXCHANGES

Processing returns take 7-10 business days as all returns need to be sorted and inspected at our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange per availability of the requested exchange item. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, let us know your exchange request when you send the email for DivAbby Return Authorization Number to abby@divabby.com.

 

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS TO DIVABBY TRENDZ

Please Note- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
